Crab lessons from Alton Brown part 1

A while back, Alton Brown of the Food Channel Network, featured crab on his cooking show, ‘Good Eats’.

What do you do when your live crab runs away from home? If you’re Alton Brown you turn to frozen legs and other packaged products. A cop out? Nope, good eats.

Recipes featured in this episode: Steamed Alaskan King Crab Claws, Ghee, Crab Cakes or Fritters, and Marinated Crab Salad.

    Good easy cooking lesson. Too bad Alton can’t go on a boat and see how the Crabbers cook it and eat it. fresh from the pots.
