A few more words from the “Bad Boys of the Bering Sea”

This is an interesting spontaneous off the cuff interview of Johnathan and Andy Hillstrand of the F/V Timebandit, joined by the Crabbroker.  It’s a Tableside conversation podcast courtesy of the Tampa Tribune.

  1. Cris says:

WOW – I’m almost speechless after listening to the things Johnathan said about women!!! But I guess that’s to be expected. Thanks Opilia! This interview was extremely enlightening!

  2. Manele says:

Mahalo Opliia! It was fun to hear this! Finally! Information about the foods they eat and cook! The plans for their cookbook sound great, as a food writer I have hundreds of cookbooks and not only use them for the recipes but read the narratives as well for the whole backstory.

I listened with a red face…..I made crab cakes for dinner last night……
A hui hou and keep up the good work!

  3. Lothian says:

It sounds like they were really enjoying the wine that was around!!
It was sad to hear Jonathan allude to being treated so poorly by women. I would be more than happy to show him just how well a real woman can treat her man — like a king.

  4. Jen says:

LOL! Cris! He’s talking about crab groupies!!!!! OMG! Poor Jonathan and his women. Typical fisherman. (So my husband tells me.)
And a cookbook! Awesome. This was GREAT! Opilia.

  5. Judy says:

Johnathan, Johnathan, Johnathan, not all women will screw you over honey. Some will love ya like you deserve to be loved.

  6. Kimmie says:

Loved it!!! The brothers “H” seem to be a fun bunch fo guys. Can’t more down to earth than that.

  7. Lisa says:

I can’t wait for the cookbook! Capt. Phil recently came out on Paula Deen’s cooking show. I would love to see Capt. Andy come out too!
