Alaska Seafood has far-reaching customers

French promote Alaska fish

The French government is giving a boost to the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute’s ongoing “cook it frozen” promotions in Europe with a series of public service billboards, like this one in Paris, urging consumers to eat frozen salmon as part of a healthy diet. Loosely translated the billboard says, “It was frozen to lock in its freshness.”
